Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif antara self efficacy dan adversity quotient dengan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 80 subyek mahasiswa angkatan 2019 Fakultas Psikologi Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala self efficacy, skala adversity quotient dan skala minat berwirausaha. Adapun uji persyaratan analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Sehingga hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan positif antara efikasi diri dan adversity quotient dengan minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa; 2) terdapat hubungan positif antara self efficacy dengan minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa dan 3) terdapat hubungan positif antara adversity quotient dengan minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat menghubungkan minat berwirausaha dengan faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha, sehingga penelitian mengenai minat berwirausaha menjadi lebih beragam.
