Abstract
The Waterway Rehabilitation Project in Ketandan Kediri Regency is scheduled to be completed within 90 days/13 weeks with a contract value of Rp. 1.884.552.000.00,-. With time and cost constraints, good and mature control is needed. However, before controlling, it is necessary to know in advance the performance of the ongoing project. The purpose of this research is to determine the cost and time performance, the estimated cost and time at the end of the project completion and the factors that cause delays or project progress. The method used in this research is the Earned Value method in which it combines elements of cost and time as well as physical work performance. The data obtained from the project include the project Time Schedule, Budget Plan (RAB), weekly project reports and actual costs, then analysis of costs, schedules, variances and performance indices by describing the problems that arise during the research. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the costs incurred are lower than the budgeted costs indicated by the CPI value = 1353.9 and the implementation time is later than the planned schedule indicated by the SPI value = 1.23. The results of the calculation of the estimated final project cost of Rp.1,391,942.63 with an estimated completion time of 130 days/ 17 weeks, indicating that the project experienced a delay of 4 weeks from the planned 13 weeks. This delay was caused by various factors such as delays in the initial erection of the project by a third party, equipment damage, changes to drawings by the planning consultant and design changes by the owner.
