Abstract

Banjir adalah sebuah kejadian dimana saluran tidak dapat menampung debit air, sehingga mengakibatkan genangan. Hal ini kerap terjadi di kawasan pemukiman Simorejo, Kel. Simomulyo, Kec. Sukomanunggal, Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari debit banjir rencana, debit banjir eksisting dan ukuran perencanaan ulang saluran dengan menggunakan data hujan maksimal 10 tahun terakhir dari 2012 hingga 2022. Perhitungan yang digunakan dalam mencari curah hujan maksimum menggunakan metode aritmatika. Dalam perhitungan hidrologi dilakukan dengan perbandingan antara metode Gumbel, metode Normal dan metode Log Pearson Type III yang dimana akan dikoreksi dengan metode Chi-Kuadrat dan metode Smirnov-Kolmogorov. Berikutnya perhitungan koefisien aliran dengan mencari kemiringan saluran dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan intensitas hujan dilakukan dengan rumus Mononobe. Debit rencana disini digunakan sebagai acuan kapasitas tamping saluran dengan menggunakan metode rasional. Setelah diketahui debit rencana yakni perhitungan debit saluran eksisting menggunakan metode rasional, dalam hal ini ditunjukan bahwa kondisi saluran benar bermasalah dan tidak mampu menampung curah hujan maksimal dalam kala ulang 2 tahun, 5 tahun dan 10 tahun. Dalam hal ini dilakukan perencanaan ulang dimensi saluran dengan metode trial and error hingga dinyatakan mampu dalam menampung debit hujan maksimal (banjir). Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan kapasitas tampung saluran Tersier 1 = 0,8 m3/detik, Tersier 2 = 0,19 m3/detik, Tersier 3 = 0,23 m3/detik, Tersier 4 = 0,14 m3/detik, Sekunder 2 = 0,24 m3/detik. Rerata debit rencana kala ulang 2 tahun = 0,0921 m3/detik, 5 tahun = 0,1109 m3/detik, 10 tahun = 0,1234 m3/detik. Redesign penampang yang sebelumnya 0,5x0,5x0,8 m menjadi 1,2x1x1x m.
