Abstract
In a construction project, the productivity of the workforce is one of the fundamental factors that have an important role in the success of a project. The lower the productivity, the greater the chance of work delays. Conversely, the higher the level of productivity, the lower the chance of delays. The purpose of this study was to find the value of the productivity level, labor coefficient, productivity level based on (LUR) on the work of beams and floor slabs of the Myze Sumenep Hotel Project. The method used in this study is to use observation and work sampling methods with a productivity rating approach. From the research results, it was found that the productivity level of the work group in the field was formwork work with an average of 5.118 m2/person, beam ironing work 86.46128 kg/person, plate ironing work 245.0642 kg/person, and casting work 7. 3645 m3/person. With the coefficient of work calm on formwork work with an average coefficient of foreman of 0.019 OH, builders of 0.096 OH, and workers of 0.096 OH. Beam ironing work with a coefficient of s0.001 OH foreman, 0.005 OH of carpenters, and 0.005 OH of workers. Steel work with a coefficient of 0.0005 OH foreman, 0.002 OH of carpenters, and 0.002 OH of workers. And foundry work with a coefficient of 0.014 OH foreman, 0.041 OH of builders, and 0.081 OH of workers. Based on worker utility factor ( LUR ) on beam and slab formwork has an average LUR productivity of 82.84%. Beam ironing work has an average of 86.75%, plate ironing work has an average of 86.83% and foundry work has an average of 69.59%. So that the productivity is satisfactory because it is more than 50%. Keywords : Productivity, work sampling
