Abstract

Lampu Penerangan Jalan Umum merupakan kebutuhan infrasruktur yang cukup vital bagi masyarakat. Terutama di kota Surabaya yang merupakan kota metropolitan. Pemasangan lampu penerangan jalan umum berjenis LED di Kota Surabaya terus dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh hingga ke jalan jalan dengan ruas lebar jalan yang sempit. Salah satunya adalah Kelurahan Ngagel Rejo, merupakan kelurahan yang berada wilayah Surabaya bagian timur. Memiliki lebar wilayah 1,36 km2. Ruas jalan pada wilayah kelurahan Ngagel Rejo bermacam macam, mulai dari 2 meter sampai 6 meter. Penggantian lampu konvensional ke Lampu LED pada kelurahan Ngagel Rejo dalam pemasangannya menimbulkan area blackspot pada area tertentu. Perlu adanya Analisa perhitungan dan perencanaan ulang sehingga didapat tinggi tiang, jarak tiang, daya lampu terpasang yang sesuai dengan kriteria kelas jalan yang berada pada Kelurahan Ngagel Rejo. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang didapat menggunakan aplikasi dialux, maka untuk jalan 2 meter dipilih jenis tiang dengan tinggi 5 meter, jarak antar tiang 23 meter, daya lampu 40 W. Untuk jalan 3 meter dipilih jenis tiang dengan tinggi 7 meter, jarak antar tiang 30 meter, daya lampu 40 W. Untuk jalan 4 meter dan 5 meter dipilih jenis tiang dengan tinggi 7 meter, jarak antar tiang 35 meter, daya lampu 90 W. Untuk jalan 6 meter dipilih jenis tiang dengan tinggi 9 meter, jarak antar tiang 40 meter, daya lampu 90 W.
