Abstract

Bendungan Bagong merupakan salah satu bendungan yang ada di Kabupaten Trenggalek yang mana pembangunan bendungan ini sebagai upaya penanggulangan banjir dan juga kekeringan yang ada di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Bendungan yang terletak di dusun Pengkok, desa Sumurup dan desa Sengon, kecamatan Bendungan, kabupaten Trenggalek provinsi Jawa Timur ini. Daerah Tampungan Air (DTA) pada sungai Bagong memiliki kemiringan yang curam tersebut dapat mengakibatkan berkurangnya produktifitas penyerapan air. Produktifitas air yang kurang baik mengakibatkan aliran air akan langsung turun dari hulu menuju hilir dengan membawa berbagai material yang nantinya dapat menyebabkan sedimentasi yang cukup buruk pada bagian tengah maupun hilir sungai. Jumlah sedimentasi dapat diperkirakan dengan menghitung laju atau angkutan sedimen yang terjadi pada lokasi yang akan ditinjau. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan laju sedimentasi menggunakan tiga metode yaitu metode Yang, metode Ackers-White dan metode Engelund Hansen berturut-turut menghasilkan perhitungan laju sedimentasi sebesar 4.185,84 m³/tahun untuk metode Yang, 16.302,36 m³/tahun untuk metode Ackers-White, dan 24.281,4 m³/tahun untuk metode Engelund Hansen. Dari hasil perbandingan dengan data perencanaan proyek, metode Yang memiliki selisih perbedaannya dengan data perencanaan proyek paling kecil yaitu sebesar 1.646,93 m³/tahun, sedangkan metode Ackers-White memiliki selisih sebesar 10.469,59 m³/tahun dan metode Engelund Hansen memiliki selisih sebesar 18.448,63 m³/tahun. Dari ketiga metode yaitu metode Yang, Ackers-White dan Engelund Hansen secara berurutan diperoleh prediksi usia layan waduk selama 101 tahun, 26 tahun, dan juga 17 tahun
