Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dibuat adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penting sebuah sistem terhadap kinerja sebuah perusahaan dan untuk mengetahui Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada CV.Putra Mandiri sebagai perusahaan kontraktor umum dan supplier. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan jasa kontraktor umum dan supplier (general contractor & supplier), dengan meneliti bagaimana sistem bekerja, menganalisa kecenderungan kelemahan sistem terhadap alur kerja dan potensi terhadap kesuksesan aktivitas usaha dengan keterkaitan sistemnya. Lalu merubah beberapa bagian sistem atau subsistem yang mempengaruhi ketidakefektifan dan inefesiensi sistem tersebut dan melihat apakah sistem tersebut akan berpengaruh besar terhadap keseluruhan sistem. Pada kasus ini adalah aplikasi yang digunakan perusahaan dalam menganalisa kegiatan perusahaan karena perusahaan kontraktor sangat keterkaitan dengan hasil analisa dan rancangan kegiatan, maka sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan akan sangat mempengaruhi hasil kegiatan perusahaan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dalam beberapa bagian sistem, ada beberapa bagian sistem atau subsistem yang rumit untuk dirubah, untuk merubah atau memperbaiki sistem maupun sub sistem perlu diperhatikan efek yang mungkin dapat mengganggu sistem atau sub sistem yang lain. Untuk bagian sistem diperlukan hasil analisa yang mendalam agar tidak terjadi kesalahan disaat sistem sudah mulai bekerja. Penulis mempertimbangkan hal terkait dengan mencoba memperbaiki bagian yang terlihat tidak beresiko besar terhadap keseluruhan sistem dengan menambahkan bagian sistem baru atau mengganti beberapa bagian dari sistem lama yang terbilang kurang efektif dan efisien yaitu pada bagian basis data, inventory, metode analisa, aplikasi/tool yang digunakan, dan beberapa bagian lain yang menurut penulis beresiko kecil mengganggu jalannya sistem tetapi cukup berpengaruh terhadap output sistem.
