Abstract

The world continues to advance and develop as well as human life which will experience aging and physical weakness. they cannot work as before but they need good financial condition for their living needs. Sometimes their financial condition depends on their offspring. Therefore, it is necessary to save for old age, one of which is following the pension fund program. Pension funds are investment institutions that provide benefits in the form of Old Age Security. One of them is the Pelindo Purnakarya Pension Fund, the Pelindo Purnakarya Pension Fund provides old age welfare for its participants, namely employees who work at PT Pelindo III. The variables used in this study are Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Assets (ROA), Investment Cost Efficiency Ratio (EBI), Funding Ratio, Capital Expenditure Ratio or Cash Flow Ratio, and Pension Fund Growth Ratio. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method because this study analyzes data sourced from financial statements. The results show that the ROI of the Pension Fund has reached its investment target, the ROA which shows an increase in assets from the Pelindo Purnakarya Pension Fund, the Efficient EBI of the Pelindo Purnakarya Pension Fund, the Funding Level of the Pelindo Purnakarya Pension Fund is below 100 percent, the very low Capital Expenditure Ratio shows the ability good pension funds, and relatively stable Pension Fund Growth.
