Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan audit manajemen sumber daya manusia dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan pada UD. Fighter Corporation, mengetahui efisiensi kinerja karyawan pada UD. Fighter Corporation melalui penerapan audit manejemen sumber daya manusia, dan mengetahui kinerja karyawan pada UD. Fighter Corporation. Objek dalam penelitian ini efektivitas dan efisiensi program-program dan aktivitas SDM pada UD. Fighter Corpration Trenggalek. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan melakukan observasi khususnya terhadap efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kinerja karyawan melalui program- program dan aktivitas Sumber Daya Manusia yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen UD. Fighter Corporation belum memiliki perencanaan yang tepat mengenai program perencanaan SDM, pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawam, perencanaan dan pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja karyawan, serta pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK). Adapun aktivitas fungsi SDM pada UD. Fighter Corporation sudah berjalan efektif sesuai dengan prosedur, diantaranya adalah rekrutmen dan seleksi SDM, penilaian kinerja karyawan, kompensasi dan balas jasa, serta keselamatan dan kesehatan karyawan. Dengan demikian, audit manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk menilai efektivitas, efisiensi,dan kinerja karyawan pada UD. Fighter Corporation masih memerlukan perbaikan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Kata kunci : audit manajemen sumber daya manusia, efektivitas, efisiensi, kinerja karyawan.
