Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji analisis pengaruh dari variabel persepsi harga, kualitas layanan, dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Bakso Sugik Kecamatan Sambikerep Surabaya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli produk dan seluruh konsumen yang datang lebih dari satu kali di Bakso Sugik Kecamatan Sambikerep. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling, dimana teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Dengan menggunakan perhitungan SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,542 yang artinya besar pengaruh signifikan Persepsi Harga(X1), Kualitas Layanan(X2), dan Kualitas Produk(X3) terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen(Y) adalah 54,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Layanan, dan Kualitas Produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Persepsi Harga(X1), Kualitas Layanan(X2), dan Kualitas Produk (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen(Y) pada Bakso Sugik Kecamatan Sambikerep Surabaya.
