Abstract

This research discusses the Influence of Product Quality, Online CustomerReview and Price Perception on Purchasing Decisions on MS Glow Products (Case Studies on Customers in West Surabaya Region). This study using quantitative methods of respondents in this study amounted to 100 people. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS 26. The sample technique used is Saturated Sampling. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and determinant coeffesien analysis (R2). The hypothesis test used is the t test. The results showed in the partial test that, (1) Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, (2) Online Customer Review has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, and (3) Price Perception has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions.
