Abstract
Pada penelitian ini dibangun prototipe sistem monitoring flow rate untuk menunjang perangkat instrument digital . Sistem tersebut menampilkan data dari sensor flow rate. Sistem monitoring memanfaatkan keluaran digital dari sensor flow rate untuk mendapatkan nilai debit aliran didalam pipa. Metode ini menggunakan tiga sensor flow rate dipasang dibeberapa titik pada prototipe. Data pembacaan dari sensor diterima oleh ESP 8266 untuk diolah dari data berbentuk pulsa menjadi data aliran fluida dengan satuan liter per menit. Setelah data diolah menggunakan ESP 8266 dikirim ke server menggunakan komunikasi jaringan WiFi. Kemudian data tersebut ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik dan angka pada website dengan cara mengakses server. Setelah dilaksanakan pengujian terhadap prototipe sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan direncanakan. Pada pengujian tersebut menunjukan hasil bahwa rata – rata debit aliran dari setiap sensor sebesar 9 liter per menit. Pada pengujian tersebut diketahui bahwa ketika terdapat kebocoran laju fluida pada sensor sebelum titik kebocoran mengalami peningkatan aliran fluida. Sedangkan untuk sensor dipasang setelah titik kebocoran mengalami penurunan aliran fluida. (In this study a prototype flow rate monitoring system was built to support digital instruments. The system displays data from the flow rate sensor. The monitoring system utilizes digital output from the flow rate sensor to get the flow rate in the pipe. This method uses three flow rate sensors installed at several points on the prototype. Reading data from sensor received by ESP 8266 to be processed from pulse data into fluid flow data in liters per minute. After the data is processed using ESP 8266 it is sent to the server using WiFi network communication. Then the data is displayed in the form of graphs and numbers on the website by accessing the server. After testing the prototype system can run as planned. In these tests, the results show that the average flow rate from each sensor is 9 liters per minute. In this test, it is known that when there is a leakage of the fluid rate at the sensor before the leak point, the fluid flow increases. As for the sensors installed after the point of leakage there is a decrease in fluid flow.)
