Abstract

ABSTRACT Employees have an important role in achieving company goals. The better the employee's performance, the faster the company's goals are achieved. So, employees must be truly competent in their fields and responsible for their duties in the company. Employee performance is influenced by various factors. This study was conducted to analyze the factors that affect the performance of employees at PT TAL Agung Langgeng Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive analysis with the number of respondents 52 people. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Factors analyzed include: work environment, work skills, compensation. The results showed that simultaneously 69.3% of employee performance was influenced by the work environment, work skills and compensation. While the remaining 30.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Meanwhile, if viewed partially, the variables that have a significant effect on employee performance are work skills and compensation variables. While the work environment variable has no significant effect on employee performance. Based on these results, it is hoped that PT TAL Agung Langgeng Surabaya will pay attention to and improve the Work Environment, Work Skills and Compensation so that employee performance can increase.
