Abstract

The dissertation is entitled "Medical Record Management in the Implementation of Telemedicine in Hospitals". The research problem formulation is 1) the urgency of medical record regulation in the implementation of telemedicine in hospitals and 2) the concept of medical record management in the implementation of telemedicine in hospitals. Normative legal research approaches the law, conceptual, philosophical, and comparative. Primary, secondary and tertiary sources of law. Literature study techniques and qualitative analysis. The results of the research on the implementation of telemedicine medical records in hospitals, patient care is the responsibility of doctors, dentists and certain health workers. Electronic medical records do not meet the benefits of legal certainty. Conclusions on the urgency of managing medical records in the implementation of telemedicine in hospitals from the philosophical, juridical and sociological aspects. The concept of regulating medical records in the implementation of telemedicine in hospitals is set out in the form of the Law on the Implementation of Telemedicine. Suggestions to the President and the House of Representatives (DPR) to make a Law on Medical Records. Telemedicine Operators Doctors, Dentists, Health Workers, Hospitals and other health service facilities implement the legal principles of telemedicine. The public has no doubts because of the guarantee of data security, patient safety and legal protection.
