Abstract
Regional asset is an important aspect while leading the government yet it should be well conducted in accordance with its benefaction, also it is efficient as well as effective within planning and distribution. Optimal advantage in local asset is able to increase the primary regional income. Accordingly, the future asset management should be led to assure the sustainable development capacity within regencial government. This research applies an analysis unit organizational grade in SPOD Barito Timur regency ie Regional Asset Management for 26 SPOD consists of 4 SPOD, except for Education and Public Work Service ie 10 and 2 persons in 10 subdistricts. Therefore, all research population are 144 persons. In this research the writer applies survey technique with explanatory research as its goal.to analyze the cause and effect among factors which affect SIMDA’s effectivity/quality as well as the optimal advantage in asset. Besides, quantitative approach, variable indicator measurement are also applied here by Likert scale. The result is legal audit, asset value, human sources competency significantly and positively influence on SIMDA ‘s effectivity/quality. The better the legal audit, asset value and human resources’ competency conducted by the employees to manage the local asset, the higher the SIMDA’s effectivity/quality for planning, supply, administration, writeoffs and bookkeeping. The leader’s commitment does not affects significantly on SIMDA’s effectivity/quality. The leader’s firm commitment to manage the asset is not able to show the real effect on SIMDA’s effectivity/quality. Asset value, human resources’ competency, the leader’s commitment positively and significantly affect on optimal asset advantage.
