Abstract
The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the influence of Individual Characteristics, Work Ethics, Organizational Culture on Work Life Balance and Motivation, as well as the nfluence of Spiritual Leadership as a moderating variable on the Relationship between Work Life Balance and Motivation on Employee Performance. The population in this study were employees of PT. Petrokimia Gresik, with a total sample of 296 and data collection method using a questionnaire. Data analysis using AMOS version 20. The results showed that Individual Characteristics had a significant effect on Work Life Balance. Individual Characteristics have no significant effect on Motivation. Individual Characteristics have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Ethic has a significant effect on Work Life Balance. Work Ethic has a significant effect on Motivation. Work Ethic has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Organizational Culture has no significant effect on Work Life Balance. Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Motivation. Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Life Balance has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Spiritual Leadership moderates the positive relationship between Work Life Balance and Employee Performance. Spiritual Leadership positively moderates the relationship between Motivation and Employee Performance. Suggestions for further research to use qualitative methods, and or use a different sample population on insignificant research results.
