Abstract
This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of service quality, facilities and location on customer satisfaction at AHASS Wadung Asri Motor 1475 Sidoarjo. This research design uses a causal design with a quantitative approach. Data processing using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test (R2), and hypothesis testing using t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). The test results in this study indicate that the quality of service, facilities, location has an influence of 53.3% on customer satisfaction while the remaining 46.7% is in other variables outside the model studied. This study shows that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. AHASS Wadung Asri Motor 1475 Sidoarjo, Facility variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. AHASS Wadung Asri Motor 1475 Sidoarjo, location variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. AHASS Wadung Asri Motor 1475 Sidoarjo, and the variables of Service Quality, Facilities, and Location simultaneously have a significant effect. to consumer satisfaction.
