Abstract
Some recent studies observe an increasing utilization of using Decision Support System (DSS) by an investor for selecting share for their investment. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, all countries focused on capital markets because capital markets played a critical role in the economic development of nations. in some states, capital markets have been a source of trigger for the country's progress so that with the development of capital markets can drive the economic progress of a nation. Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) recorded a surge in investor growth for millennials. Currently, millennial stock investors even make up 60 percent of the total stock investors in IDX. PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) records the number of individual investors or single investor identification (SID) dominated by young investors or millennials. There was a survey conducted by Luno, found that about 69 percent of Indonesian millennials do not have a stock investment strategy. Based on the research background Above, The goal to be achieved in this study is to find a Financial Technology (Fintech)-Based Decision Support System Model and Implementation in investing stocks that are effective and efficient for stock investors. The research method in this study is a qualitative approach The proponent used the following software base in windows 10 Operating System, Telegram Bot account, XAMPP-Apache is used as the server, Software Ami broker, Yahoo Plugins daily Stock, PHP The stock database used in this research is taken in real-time from yahoo finance. Yahoo! Inc. This research gives a summary that the Decision Support System (DSS) for Stock Investment is the Model in giving the information for an investor to make an investment decision and help them to create a portfolio in stock investment. With the Model, the integrated server, Amibroker, and telegram bot will give the investor convenience to access the stock analysis and using both technical analysis and fundamental analysis as the major consideration for them to make an investment decision. By using this application, investors can obtain investment strategies that have been planned with minimized risks
