Abstract

CV. Mutiara Alam is a company engaged in building construction services and also as a supplier of building materials where this company has been competing for a long time in the industrial world and is located on Jl. Lingkar Timur No.01, Kec. Candi, Kab. Sidoarjo, East Java. However, based on observations at the beginning of CV. Mutiara Alam, there are several visible phenomena, namely the number of new employees. Between employees, there is rarely good communication, lack of mastery of work tools, and more concerned with personal interests than company interests. The research objectives to be achieved in accordance with the formulation of the problem described above are to find out, analyze, and answer the influence of Work Ethics, Work Experience, and Human Capital on Employee Performance at CV. Mutiara Alam, Candi Sidoarjo. This study took respondents from all employees in CV. Mutiara Alam, Candi Sidoarjo, namely for those who work in the construction division there are 40 people and in the building material supplier division there are 20 people with a total of 60 respondents. The study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The secondary data that we get from the administration is the company profile and the company's organizational structure. This type of research uses quantitative. Overall, the indicators used in this study are valid and reliable. While the classical assumption tests used include the Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and Normality Test. The results of the classical assumption test of the two regression models are free from multicollinearity, there is no heteroscedasticity, and the residuals of both regression models are normally distributed. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The coefficient value (X1) of 0.283 means that every time there is an increase and decrease in the Work Ethics variable (X1) by 1%, then Employee Performance increases and decreases by 0.283 (28.3%), The coefficient value (X2) of 0.465 means that every time there is an increase and a decrease in the Work Experience variable (X2) by 1%, then Employee Performance increases and decreases by 0.465 (46.5%), and for the coefficient value (X3) of 0.020 means that every time there is an increase and decrease in the Human Capital variable (X3) by 1 % then Employee Performance increases and decreases by 0.020 (2%). The results of the analysis conclude that partially the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and human capital has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously work ethic, work experience, and human capital have a significant effect on the performance of CV employees. Mutiara Alam, Sidoarjo Temple. Adjusted R Square value of 0.355 which the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables, namely work ethics, work experience, and human capital is 35.5% while the remaining 64.5% can be explained by other variables not examined by the researcher.
