Abstract

Company PT. Bank X is one of the banks whose energy consumption has increased every year this is because office buildings cannot be separated from the use of computers, air conditioners, lighting systems, and other electronic equipment that supports office work. Based on the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia No. 13 of 2012 concerning saving electricity consumption, it is necessary to manage electrical energy so that the intensity of electrical energy consumption can be managed properly and can be more efficient. Therefore, an audit needs to be carried out to determine energy consumption and energy saving potential. It will be more efficient and up to standard. By using quantitative methods, the data obtained by field measurements and will be analyzed systematically. For 4 months obtained measurement results from the electrical system of the building PT. Bank X which will then be in energy conservation. After the initial energy audit for lighting and air conditioning systems, the building's Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) is 132.34 kWh/m2/year. After conserving energy by replacing the light system with LED lamps and energy-efficient air conditioners, the value of Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) becomes 124.44 kWh/m2/year. IKE value for PT. Bank X is still classified as efficient from the ASEAN-USAID standard value of 240 kWh/m2/year. Keywords: Energy audit, Efficiency, Consumption Analysis, IKE
