Abstract

Jaringan distribusi tenaga listrik pada tegangan menengah yang berfungsi menyalurkan tenaga listrik dari gardu induk ke konsumen. Oleh karena itu jaringan distribusi tenaga listrik tidak terlepas dari suatu masalah atau gangguan yang perlu di Analisa kembali. Diantaranya gangguan hubungs singkat untuk mengaman jaringan distribusi listrik diperlukan suatu sistem proteksi yang sering di gunakan adalah over current relay (OCR), yang berfungsi memberi perintah pada GCB untuk memutus atau memisahkan jaringan yang mengalami gangguan dan mengamankan peralatan listrik lainnya agar tidak mengalami kerusakan serta kerugian. Sistem proteksi yang baik harus memenuhi persyaratan sensitifitas,selektifitas dan kecepatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan manual dan program simulasi ETAP 19.0.1 yang bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menentukan waktu kerja relai (OCR) di Apartemen Orchard Tanglin dimana selektifitas kerja relai diambil dari 2 titik gangguan yaitu SSO dan SST guna untuk peningkatan kerja relai. Pada Tugas Akhir ini akan membahas mengenai perbandingan waktu kerja relai (OCR) hasil dari perhitungan dengan settingan waktu kerja relai yang terpasang (existing) di jaringan distribusi 20 KV. This study uses manual calculations and simulation program ETAP 19.0.1 to analyze and determine relay working time (OCR) for Orchard Tanglin apartment and relay work selectivity from two points of failure (SSO and SST) to improve relay work. This final project will discuss the comparison of the calculation of the relay operating time (OCR) with the existing relay operating time setting for a 20kV distribution network.
