Abstract
Sumenep Regency is one part of the Madura Islands, vannamei shrimp ponds are a prospective business to be developed in the Sumenep region because Sumenep is a Regency that has a large coastal area, for example in Lapat Taman Village, Dungkek District, Sumenep Regency. Currently, the Lapa Taman Community has started cultivating a lot of shrimp in the village. The formulation of the problem in this study is how labor, feed, land area and seeds partially and simultaneously affect the production of shrimp pond farmers in Lapa taman Village, Dungkek District, Sumenep Regency. The population in this study were all 800 shrimp pond farmers in Lapa Taman Village, Dungkek District, Sumenep Regency. So the samples taken using the Slovin formula were 89 samples. Based on the results of the analysis and testing and discussion, it can be concluded that the Labor Variable has a significant but not significant effect on Production, the Feed Variable has a significant effect on Production, the Land Area Variable has a significant effect on Production, and the Seed Variable has a significant effect on the Production of Shrimp Farmers in Lapa Village. Dungkek District Park, Sumenep Regency. And simultaneously (together) all independent variables Labor (X1), Feed (X2), Land Area (X3) and Seed (X4) have a significant effect on the Production of Shrimp Farmers in Lapa Taman Village, Dungkek District, Sumenep Regency.
