Abstract

The purpose of this study to be achieved is to determine the effect of working capital and labor on the income of home entrepreneurs in the cast brass craft industry partially or simultaneously. Business Capital and Labor in a home entrepreneur cast brass craft industry is associated with income, including a circle of problems that must be solved. There are so many home industry entrepreneurs that it attracts interest to set up a brass casting business as well. The research approach is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample is 35 people taken from a population of 53 people. The Independent Variables are Business Capital (X1), Labor (X2) and while the Dependent Variable is the Income Effect of the cast brass home industry entrepreneur in Trowulan sub-district (Y). Data collection methods using Documentation, Processing Techniques, and Data Analysis using the classical assumption test and analyzed by simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression. It was found that business capital had a significant effect on the income of home entrepreneurs in the cast brass craft industry, Labor had a significant effect on the income of home entrepreneurs in the cast brass craft industry. And business capital and labor have a significant effect on the income of home entrepreneurs in the cast brass craft industry.
