Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Investment Opportunity Set on firm value, Cash Holdings on firm value and Net Profit Margin on firm value. The sample in this study is the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that publish annual financial reports consistently from 2016-2020. The population of this study is 11 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling approach, the data source is secondary data obtained from annual reports between the 2016-2020 period on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis of this research used classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test. With the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software, there are no assumptions and definite results are obtained. The results of this study indicate that data analysis or partial test results and simultaneous tests on SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) are aimed at the Investment Opportunity Set, Cash Holdings, Net Profit Margin and Firm Value. This study shows that the Investment Opportunity Set has a positive and significant effect on firm value, Cash Holdings does not have a positive and significant effect on firm value, Net Profit Margin has a positive and significant effect on firm value.
