Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh signifikan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor kosmetik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2019, 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh signifikan struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan sub sektor kosmetik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2019, 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh signifikan kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor kosmetik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2019, 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh signifikan karakteristik perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor kosmetik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2019, 5) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh signifikan karakteristik perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan sub sektor kosmetik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan sub sektor kosmetik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2019. Alasan pemilihan sampel dengan menggunkan purposive sampling adalah karena tidak semua sampel memiliki kriteria sesuai dengan yang telah penulis tentukan. sehingga ditetapkan 6 sampel dari perusahaan sub sektor kosmetik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2019. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa 1) Terdapat arah hubungan postif dan signifikan pada pengaruh Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, 2) Terdapat arah hubungan postif dan signifikan pada pengaruh Struktur Modal terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, 3) Terdapat arah hubungan postif dan tidak signifikan pada pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, 4) Terdapat arah hubungan negatif dan signifikan pada pengaruh Karakteristik Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, 5) Terdapat arah hubungan postif dan signifikan pada pengaruh Karakteristik Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan
