Abstract

Dalam penyaluran tenaga listrik terdapat suatu faktor yang mempengaruhi, yaitu terjadinya susut daya beban. Dimana susut daya berpengaruh pada penyaluran energi listrik kepada konsumen, jika terjadi susut daya yang besar pada sistem distribusi maka energi listrik yang akan disalurkan kepada konsumen akan menjadi tidak standart lagi. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penyeimbangan beban dan drop tegangan di sisi Jaringan Tegangan Rendah pada gardu distribusi AB 773 dan AB 270 penyulang Mulyosari. Pemilihan penyulang tersebut didasarkan pada beberapa alasan, yaitu dengan kondisi jaringan JTR gardu AB 773 dan AB 270 memiliki jaringan JTR terpanjang pada Penyulang Mulyosari, sehingga masih dapat dilakukan langkah yang lebih extra lagi terhadap optimalisasi penekanan susut teknis di Penyulang Mulyosari yang selama ini sudah terpasang kWh meter pembanding (MTD) di seluruh gardunya. Yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil dari penurunan susut JTR pada Gardu AB 773 dan AB 270. Setelah dilakukan analisa maka diperoleh hasil penurunan pada arus Netral di kedua Gardu tersebut. Hasil Pemeliharaan gardu AB 773 jurusan B2 dengan cara pengalihan beban pada gardu AB 270 dapat menurunkan nilai drop voltage dari 9.24% menjadi 1.65%. Sedangkan, hasil dari pekerjaan Penyeimbangan Beban diperoleh penurunan prosentase susut pada gardu AB 773 sebesar 6,11% dan pada gardu AB 270 sebesar 8,90%. (In the distribution of electric power, there is a factor that influences, namely the occurrence of load loss. Where power loss affects the distribution of electrical energy to consumers, if there is a large power loss in the distribution system, the electrical energy that will be distributed to consumers will become non-standard anymore. Therefore, it is necessary to balance the load and voltage drop on the Low Voltage Network side at the distribution substation AB 773 and AB 270 Mulyosari feeder. The selection of the feeder was based on several reasons, namely with the condition of the JTR network at the AB 773 and AB 270 substations having the longest JTR network at the Mulyosari Feeder, so that more extra steps can still be taken towards optimizing the suppression of technical losses at the Mulyosari Feeder, which so far has installed kWh. meter comparison (MTD) in all substations. Which aims to get the results of the decrease in JTR losses at the AB 773 and AB 270 Substations. After the analysis, the results of the decrease in the Neutral current at the two Substations are obtained. The results of the maintenance of the AB 773 substation B2 direction by switching the load on the AB 270 substation can reduce the value of the voltage drop from 9.24% to 1.65%. Meanwhile, the results of the Load Balancing work obtained a decrease in the percentage of losses at the AB 773 substation by 6.11% and at the AB 270 substation by 8.90%.)
