Abstract

SDM atau human capital dapat terus berkembang seiring dengan waktu dalam dinamika lingkungan bisnis serta kemajuan dalam ilmu pengetahuan. Human capital juga bisa disebut aset tidak berwujud yang tidak mudah untuk diukur mengingat manusia memiliki sifat yang dinamis dan relatif berubah seiring dengan perubahan situasi dan kondisi, maka sumber dayanya harus mengikuti pelatihan kerja yang baik serta dapat dipromosikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai agar mencapai tujuan instansi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari penelitian terdahulu oleh (Manzoor et al., 2019) pelatihan sebagai Variabel moderasi terhadap hubungan antara promosi jabatan dengan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam uji t bahwa variabel promosi jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pelatihan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan pelatihan sebagai Variabel moderasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan hubungan antara promosi jabatan dengan kinerja pegawai dikarenakan nilai signifikansi yang dihasilkan yaitu 0,407 lebih besar dari pada 0,05. Human capital can also be called an intangible asset which is not easy to measure considering that humans have a dynamic nature and relatively change along with changing situations and conditions, so the resources must attend good job training and can be promoted to improve employee performance in order to achieve agency goals. This research is based on previous research by (Manzoor et al., 2019) training as a moderating variable on the relationship between job promotion and employee performance. The results showed in the t test that the variable of job promotion had a significant effect on employee performance. Training also has a significant effect on employee performance, while training as a moderating variable does not significantly affect the relationship between job promotion and employee performance because the resulting significance value is 0.407 greater than 0.05.
