Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH CITRA MEREK , PROMOSI DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SIM CARD TELKOMSEL DI SURABAYA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Citra Merek, Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sim Card Telkomsel di Surabaya baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS 26.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwaCitra Merek, Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sim Card Telkomsel di Surabaya.Terbukti dengan nilai signifikasi pada Uji F sebesar22,315 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Oleh karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (Sig. < 0,05), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwaCitra Merek(X1), Promosi(X2) dan Kualitas Pelayanan(X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sim Card Telkomsel di Surabaya. Adapun untuk uji secara parsial terbukti bahwa nilai signifikasi pada Uji t dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,020 untuk variabelCitra Merek(X1), 0,008 untuk Variabel Promosi (X2) dan 0,000 untuk variabel Kualitas Pelayanan(X3). Oleh karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (Sig. < 0,05). Kata Kunci : Citra Merek, Promosi, dan Kualitas Pelayanan dan Keputusan Pembelian
