Abstract

An automatic control system is very important when we forget something, but there are still many houses that do not use their home facilities properly, such as a fan that keeps turning on when the room is not in use, lights that keep on when the room is bright. One of the biggest uses of the industrial revolution is the Internet of Things or commonly called IoT. By utilizing several home facilities combined with sensors and microcontrollers, there are innovations for the development of smart homes. In general, every house has the same facilities such as room lights, AC/fans, patio lights. With the development of a smart home, it can aim to become one of the solutions that can be applied to people's homes on a small or large scale. Therefore, by using the NodeMcu ESP8266 as the main controller and as a wireless module controller connection to WIFI. For the use of other facilities such as room lights, you can use a light sensor (LDR). There is also an AC/Fan that can use the DHT11 sensor as a control when not in use. Home facilities that are no less important are the terrace lights, in the use of these terrace lights you can use the RTC where we can determine when this light will turn off and this light will turn on
