Abstract

Nilai perusahaan merupakan tolok ukur atas prestasi kerja yang telah dicapainya. Peningkatan nilai perusahaan menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. Secara tidak langsung hal tersebut dipandang sebagai suatu kemampuan untuk meningkatkan kemakmuran pemegang saham yang merupakan tujuan perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan dapat dicapai dengan maksimun jika para pemegang saham menyerahkan urusan pengelolaam perusahaan kepada orang-orang yang berkompeten dalam bidangnya, seperti manajer maupun komisaris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh kepemilikan saham terhadap nilai perusahaan (2) Pengaruh kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis data dengan software PLS (Partial Last Square). populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kepemilikan saham terbukti tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan karena besarnya koefisien parameter parameter -0,051 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh negatif kepemilikan saham terhadap nilai perusahaan dan nilai t-statistik sebesar 0,190 < dari 1,96. Sedangkan Kebijakan dividen terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan karena besarnya koefisien parameter 0,606 yang berarti adanya pengaruh positif antara kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan dan nilai t-statistik 2,925 > dari 1,96.
