Abstract
ABSTRAK PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, PRESEPSI HARGA DAN KELENGKAPAN PRODUK TERHADAP DAYA BELI KONSUMEN DI RENY SWALAYAN-KU BRATANG GEDE KOTA SURABAYA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, presepsi harga, dan kelengkapan produk terhadap daya beli konsumen di Reny Swalayan-ku Bratang Gede Kota Surabaya. Proses dalam pengumpulan data yaitu mengunakan Skala likert sebagai suatu alat pengukuran nilainya. Metode analisis data yang di gunakan merupakan suatu metode analisis regresi lonier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil dalam pengujian terhadap hipotesis menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap daya beli konsumen.Variabel presepsi harga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap daya beli konsumen. Variabel kelengkapan produk memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap daya beli konsumen. Variabel kualitas pelayanan, presepsi harga, kelengkapan produk secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap daya beli konsumen. Hasil dari analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) yang menyatakan bahwa nilai R2 sebesar 61,7 pengaruh variabel Kualitas Pelayanan, Presepsi Harga dan Kelengkapan Produk terhadap daya beli konsumen, sisanya di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Presepsi Harga, Kelengkapan Produk, Daya Beli Konsumen
