Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital, labor, land area and income in Romokalisari Village, Benowo District, Surabaya City. The research data used is quantitative data. Sampling used the slovin formula with 34 salt farmers as respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test and F test. From the results of the partial regression test, there is a negative and insignificant effect of working capital on income, this is because the results of the t-test 0.0359 < t-table 1.69726. There is a positive and significant effect of labor on income, this is because the results of the t-test 3.442 > ttable 1.69726. There is a positive and significant effect of land area on income, this is because the results of tcount 3.920 > ttable 1.69726. While the test results simultaneously. The variables of working capital, labor, and land area together have a significant effect on the income level of salt farmers in Romokalisari Village. The results of the study showed that Fcount 146,863 > ftable 2.92 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it can be said that H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted.
