Abstract
The source of a company's success in producing high performance is a qualified workforce and has adequate work effectiveness. The potential of human resources has a very important role as actors directly involved in the current industrial development process. The performance of employees who produce products with good quality and quantity in accordance with standards will gain public trust. Data analysis tools in this study used validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of determination (R2). The sampling method used probability sampling and non-probability sampling. The number of samples studied were 57 respondents. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Dukuh Pakis Surabaya Police. The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of the Dukuh Pakis Surabaya Police. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Dukuh Pakis Surabaya Police. Compensation, work environment, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Dukuh Pakis Surabaya Police. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) in the Adjusted R Square column of 0.426 or (42.6%) it means that the performance variable (Y) can be explained by compensation (x1), work environment (x2) and work discipline (x3). Meanwhile (51.4%) can be explained by variables other than compensation, work environment, and work discipline. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Performance
