Abstract

This study aims to determine the soundness of Bank CIMB Niaga and Bank Mandiri using the RGEC (risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital) method in accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 4/POJK.03/2016. The approach used in this study is a descriptive research approach, where the research subjects used as samples are Bank CIMB Niaga and Bank Mandiri which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data with secondary data sources. The conclusion in this study shows that overall both banks from before the pandemic until the time of the pandemic received the title of very healthy, which means that the Bank is considered capable of facing significant negative effects from changes in business conditions and other factors.
