Abstract
In this era of globalization, there is very tight competition. This is due to changes in global economic conditions so that companies are required to maintain, update and improve their advantages. This must be done so that the goals to be achieved by the company can run as planned. This study aims to analyze and prove that transformational leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at Perumdam Mojopahit Mojokerto. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach. Sources of data used in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The sample in this study consisted of 55 respondents who were employees of Perumdam Mojopahit Mojokerto. The variable measurement technique in this study uses a Likert scale for each measuring statement developed from the variable indicator. The data processing is done by editing, coding and tabulating. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests for questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis with F-test and t-test to prove the hypothesis. From the multiple regression model used in this study, the regression equation obtained is Y= 1.599+0.318x1+0.263x2+0.327x3+e. Based on the test results show that partially transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and transformational leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously significant effect on employee performance.
