Abstract

Kelayakan usaha merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk menentukan apakah usaha ini layak dijalankan apa tidak. Usaha penyedia jasa angkutan truk tambang batu kapur adalah sebuah usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa transportasi. Usaha truk tambang batu kapur ini memberikan jasa antar kepada pabrik-pabrik atau masyarakat yang membutuhkan jasa. Dalam pengujian ini menganalisis kelayakan usaha penyedia jasa angkutan truk tambang batu kapur berdasarkan aspek finansialnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah usaha penyedia jasa angkutan truk tambang batu kapur di Desa Ngajaran, Kecamatan Sale, Kabupaten Rembang ini layak dijalankan. Berdasarkan kelayakan usaha dalam aspek finansial adapun hal yang diteliti menyangkut NPV atau Net Present Value, IRR atau Internal Rate of Return, Net B/C atau Net Benefit Cost dan Payback period. Metode penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan teknik analisis data dengan observasi melihat keadaan objek penelitian, kemudian melakukan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan mengunakan microsoft excel dengan menguji NPV, IRR, Net B/C dan Payback period. Pada hasil temuan penelitian NPV milik bapak Eko Danu Saputro sebesar Rp 921.162.702,02 hasil NPV milik bapak Riyanto sebesar Rp 764.577.241,99 Sedangkan hasil NPV usaha bapak Ashari sebesar Rp 798.987.063,47. Untuk NPV total sebesar Rp 798.242.335,82. Dengan discount factor 6,75% berdasarkan tingkat suku bunga deposito dan tingkat inflasi. Hasil IRR usaha Eko Danu Saputro sebesar 28%, IRR usaha bapak Riyanto 17%, IRR usaha bapak Ashari sebesar 14% dan IRR rata-rata sebesar 19,66%. Hasil dari Net B/C milik bapak Eko Danu Saputro sebesar 1,639 >1, Net B/C bapak Riyanto sebesar 1,475 > 1, Net B/C bapak Ashari sebesar 1,44 >1 dan rata-rata Net B/C sebesar 1,518 >1 maka usaha ini layak untuk dijalankan. Hasil dari payback period dari ketiga informa ini. Pengembalian nilai investasi dari usaha bapak danu selama 2 tahun 2 bulan 26 hari, sedangkan milik bapak Riyanto selama 3 tahun 1 bulan 20 hari, untuk bapak Ashari selama 4 tahun 7 bulan 2 hari. Sedangkan rata-rata pengembalian nilai investasinya selama 3 tahun 3 bulan 25 hari. Kata kunci: Kelayakan Usaha, Analisis Finansial, NPV, IRR, Net B/C, Payback period
