Abstract
Perkembangan kemajuan teknologi menuntun perkembangan yang ada didalam segala aspek hal di kehidupan termasuk dalam kegiatan jual beli sehingga melahirkan praktik-praktik dan pelaku usaha baru dalam sistem jual beli yang baru seperti Sistem Dropshipping. Pelaku usaha membutuhkan suatu inovasi baru melalui perantara dagang untuk meluaskan informasi mengenai usahanya. Namun, di sisi lain masih banyak masyarakat tidak mengetahui secara lengkap mengenai mekanisme praktik sistem Dropshipping ini sehingga penulis merumuskan beberapa hal mengenai sistem dropshipping sebagai tujuan dari penulisan peniltian ini yaitu, Bagaimanakah pengaturan sistem Dropshipping?. Dan Bagaimanakah tanggung jawab seorang Dropshipper ketika terjadi kesalahan pada saat transaksi jual beli online sistem Dropshipping. Penelitian ini termasuk Penelitian Normatif. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah menggunakan metode penafsiran hukum dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan Konseptual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kedudukan hukum dari sistem droshipping dalam kegiatan jual beli online. (The development of technological advances guides developments in all aspects of life, including buying and selling activities, thus giving birth to new practices and business actors in new buying and selling systems such as the Dropshipping System. Business actors need a new innovation through trade intermediaries to expand information about their business. However, on the other hand, there are still many people who do not fully understand the mechanics of this Dropshipping system practice, so the author formulates several things regarding the dropshipping system as the purpose of writing this research, namely, How is the Dropshipping system set up?. And what is the responsibility of a Dropshipper when an error occurs during an online sale and purchase transaction with the Dropshipping system. This research includes normative research. The method that will be used is to use the method of legal interpretation with a statutory and conceptual approach. The purpose of this study is to determine the legal position of the droshipping system in online buying and selling activities)
