Abstract

This research focuses on how the arrangement regarding buildings and whether containers used as the basic material for residential buildings can be categorized as residential buildings. This research is intended to analyze the validity of containers as residential buildings, related to these new innovations, related to permits for the construction of buildings that utilize containers, basically container residential buildings can be categorized as nonpermanent buildings whose implementation of the construction of container residential buildings does not require construction work, because containers include Semi-permanent building means that the building does not stay for a long enough period of time which can be moved according to the wishes of the building owner. This research uses a statute approach method The use of this research method is very important because it aims to answer the problem being analyzed. The type of research used in this study is normative legal research and uses a conceptual approach that is considered suitable to find solutions to existing legal problems or issues, especially Building Permits and / or Building Approvals.
