Abstract

CV Indonesia Nature Miracle is a large fish sales company which is located in Sidoarjo, East Java. In this case, the CV Indonesia Nature Miracle company does not yet have a stock management program and also a determinant of fish quality. So far, if there is stock of goods entering or leaving the warehouse, there is no sign of the entry and exit date of the fish. So it is feared that there will be an impact on the old stock, which was not issued first. In solving problems on CV Indonesia Nature Miracle. The author makes a barcode program in which the barcode has the date of entry or exit of fish and also the name of the person in charge of Quality control, so that it can be used to support the quality of the fish and also to maintain the availability of the fish. In this study, the informants were determined based on a research study, namely the management of CV Indonesia Nature Miracle. The implementation of AHP in supply chain risk analysis and mitigation has an impact on sales and inventory, with the existence of the program it is expected to help the company's surviva.
