Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Harvest Indah Lestari Internusa at the Sogo Galaxy Mall Surabaya branch. Using a population of 75 people from the staff or sales staff in the implementation in the field, this study took primary data by using a questionnaire. The research objectives to be achieved in accordance with the formulation of the problem are to determine and analyze the effect on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research methods. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Harvest Indah Lestari Internusa Sogo Galaxy Mall Surabaya branch. These results indicate that the study is feasible to use as an analysis. Based on the test results obtained a correlation coefficient which shows that the relationship between variables job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture with employee performance has a close relationship. Simultaneous test results show that the variables used in this research model are the analysis findings that each variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance.
