Abstract

Service is one of the success factoron business. The successes of service affect to satisfaction of public. Quality of service is not enough to be achieved, it has to be preserved and maintained to fill needs, expectations and desires of patient. This study aimed to measure the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction in Hospitals of Sampang Madura for the third class on 2016. The research method is quantitative by questionnaires with Likert scale or interval. Mechanical analysis is using simple linear regression analysis such as SPSS. There are 100 respondents surveyed in this study by answering questions based on questionnaires that be given to assess public opinion about the quality of service and its effects on people's satisfaction. Independent variables namely the quality of service and the dependent variable is community satisfaction. The results showed that there is a significant influence between quality of service to the community as patient satisfaction in Hospitals of Sampang Madura 2016.
