Abstract

Indonesia merupakan kawasan yang terletak di area gempa tinggi dimanamana hampir setiap harinya ada catatan gempa yang banyak terjadi sesuai laporan BMKG. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwasanya sikap dalam pembangunan Gedung yang berada di Indonesia ini sangat penting untuk melalui proses perhitungan yang meninjau beban gempa. Gedung dengan struktur baja sangat efisien untuk memikul beban gempa. Profil baja yang memiliki daktilitas tinggi diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan gedung tahan gempa yang ada di Indonesia meskipun harganya yang mahal, namun dapat dipastikan struktur gedung dengan menggunakan profil baja dapat digunakan untuk merancang Gedung tahan Gempa. Dalam studi ini akan membahas tentang perbandingan struktur gedung baja menggunakan bresing X yang mana dalam kasusnya dengan analisa gempa Pushover Analysis dan sesuai dengan aturan SNI 7860-2020. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, gedung dengan penggunaan bresing X (Model 2) lebih stabil apabila menerima beban lateral dibandingkan gedung tanpa Bressing (Model 1). Hal ini dapat dilihat dari parameter yang diperoleh yaitu nilai simpangan (drift) pada model 2 sebesar 16,467 mm dengan perioda struktur 0,226 detik dimana nilai ini lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan struktur Gedung tanpa bresing (Model 1) yaitu sebesar 16,588 mm dan perioda struktur 0,356 detik. Sementara itu hasil analisis level kinerja dengan menggunakan Metode Pushover Analysis FEMA 356 baik arah X maupun arah Y pada kedua permodelan struktur menunjukan hasil level kinerja yang sama yaitu Immediate Occupancy (IO).
