Abstract
Regional economic development in East Java is held by using Regional Government Budget (APBD) to provide public facilities and infrastructure that meet basic needs of the people. One of the supporting sectors of APBD is Regional Own-Source Revenue (PAD). The ongoing regional development make it necessary to increase PAD each year and an increase in the performance of government employees who produce PAD. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work mutations, workplace environment on work-life balance, work motivation and employees performance. The population of this research are employees of the Technical Implementing Unit (UPT PPD) of Regional Revenue Agency East Java Province. The samples taken are 110 employees. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this research show that (1) there is an impact of work mutations on work-life balance, (2) there is an impact of work mutations on work motivation, (3) there is an impact of work mutations on employee performance, (4) there is an impact of the workplace environment on worklife balance, (5) there is an impact of the workplace environment on work motivation, (6) there is no impact of the workplace environment on employee performance, (7) there is an impact of work-life balance on employee performance, (8) there is no impact of work motivation on employee performance, (9) there is no impact of worklife balance on work motivation.
