Abstract

Business Café which is located at Kavling DPR Street, Nggrekmas, Pagerwojo, Buduran Districts, Sidoarjo Regency is a business engaged in food and beverage, with processed coffee as its mainstay menu. In its business activities, researchers found several problems in capital and the number of workers that can affect income. The research objectives to be achieved in accordance with the formulation of the problem that has been described are to find out, analyze and answer the role of capital and the number of workers on income in the Café Business. This study took respondents from the entire number of Café businesses that amounted to 35 Cafés, represented by one of the workers. In the implementation in the field, this research took primary data by using questionnaires and interviews. The secondary data other than the primary data obtained, obtained from data from the Central Statistics Agency of Sidoarjo which includes unemployment data in SidoarjoRegency as well as data on the number of Café Businesses registered with the TDP. The type of research that will be used is using quantitative research methods. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Coefficient of Determination (R2) to test the hypothesis. While the F test and T test as data analysis.
