Abstract
Kini, persaingan bisnis semakin ketat khususnya dibidang kuliner makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Pembisnis dituntut harus selalu mengikuti perkembangan bisnis di Indonesia terutama di bidang bisnis makanan dan minuman. Pembisnis harus bisa menciptakan dan mengembangkan ide ide yang inovatif untuk membuat konsumen tertarik untuk membeli produk tersebut. Serta harus memperhatikan keinginan konsumen. Salah satu contohnya di Surabaya terdapat bidang kuliner soto ayam lamongan cak har yang menjadi pertimbangan sasaran konsumen untuk membelinya. Dengan mempertimbangkan fakor suasana tempat, yang tidak hanya strategis namun juga nyaman, luas, pelayanan bagus, serta lahan parkir yang cukup luas. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk. Tujuan dari penelitian: untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen terhadap pembelian soto ayam cak har. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah berkunjung di soto ayam cak har dengan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 96 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis regresi berganda, uji validitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, serta pengujian hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t, uji f. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian survei yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumennya.
