Abstract

The aim of this study was to develop a framework model conducted by Neuza Ribeiro, Tam Nguyen, Ana Patricia Duarte, Rui Torres de Oliveira and Catarina Fausto in 2021. Population was 140 employee and using saturated sample, so that all populations were used as research samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument with a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS 24. The results showed that manager coaching skills had a significant effect on individual performance, either directly or indirectly through empowerment and work engagement as a mediation. This research enriches information/theory regarding the relationship between Managerial Coaching Skills and Individual Performance Improvement through Empowerment and Work Engagement and offers a new approach to the relationship between variables. Based on the research organizations can improve employee’s individual performance, and foster employee’s innovation and motivation by encouraging managers to develop coaching skills into their leadership styles.
