Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity Ratio, Leverage and Profitability on the Stock Price of the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The sample in this study consisted of 8 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-20120 research period which were selected based on certain criteria using the purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 26. From the multiple regression model used in this study, the regression equation obtained is Y = 4000,998 - 324,194 (CR) - 549,615 (DER) - 84,142 (ROE ), + e. Based on the test results show that partially the Liquidity variable measured using the Current Ratio (CR) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, Leverage as measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, Profitability as measured using Return On Equity (ROE) has a negative and significant effect on prices and simultaneously Liquidity (Current Ratio), leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) and profitability (Return On Equity) simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices of listed pharmaceutical sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period.
