Abstract

In Gresik regency is one that exists in East Java and is a very fast industrial city. Based on population data and civil statements Gresik Regency in 2015 as many as 1,303,773 people, consisting of 655,460 men and consists of 648,313 women with Total area of 1,191.25 km2. From the fact, it is necessary research that aims to (1) obtain the feasibility of residential investment and housing development Mutiara Land Cerme Gresik regency. (2) Obtain the required cost for the construction of Mutiara Land Cerme of Gresik Regency. After the analysis it was found that, in order to recall the required funds is large enough, it is necessary to prepare the feasibility study to avoid the risk of loss in the future. To determine the availability of the number of residence used the calculation of market opportunities and to determine the feasibility of finance in the use of calculation of feasibility analysis analysis with investment parameters of NPY, IRR, and PP.
