Abstract
Pak Sopyan's tempe home industry is one of the micro industries engaged in processing soybean seeds into tempeh products. This home industry is located in Jajar Hamlet, Sukorejo Village, Loceret District, Nganjuk Regency which has been carried out for generations since the 1980s with a total workforce of 2 people. The tempe production process undertaken by Pak Sopyan is almost entirely still using the traditional or manual method. Thus, it is necessary to design tools to facilitate and minimize production work time. After designing an ergonomic tool to help the production process, it is necessary to calculate the design price of the tool, in order to find out how much the tempeh home industry has to spend for the manufacture of the tool. from the calculation using the full costing method to determine the cost of production of the mixer equipment is Rp. 6.413.576, the cost of producing tempe manually is Rp. 2.182,3 and the cost of producing tempeh using a mixer is Rp. 3.122,3 Keywords: Mixer Machine, Full Costing, Tempe Products
