Abstract

Transfer of rights to land through purchase with proof Petok D has consequences in the next 5 years from certificates issued can be sued by the other party, this situation troublesome buyers and there is a possibility of cancellation adverse buyer, if the seller is proven not only landowners with Petok D evidence of the sale. This study uses normative by examining the legislation. Legal materials used primary legal materials and secondary law. Mechanical collection of legal materials that are used through the study of literature in the form of legislation, law books and articles as well as the collection of legal materials by way of inventory, clarification and systematization. This study aims to determine the legal consequences of the transition of land rights with evidence Petok D and knowing the force of law Petok D in the proof.
